Richard Jaggs
Director
Prior to joining Resolution, Richard was the European Sales & Marketing Manager for a US software company. With over 20 years of high level sales & marketing experience Richard brings valuable skills and understanding to help our clients.
Richard is responsible for new business, online and traditional marketing consultancy, SEO and the overall management of the agency.
Rebecca Jaggs
Creative Director
Becky has been working as a graphic designer since 1990. In her time she's been Head of Design for a large exhibition company and worked on a freelance basis for clients such as Ford and Renault.
Designers and photographers often talk about having 'the eye', that knack of being able to make things look just right - Becky has it, backed up with years of professional experience (but don't ask how many she says!)
Matt Groom
Technical Director
Matt joined the team as web services manager in May 2008 to support the expansion of our online work. Matt has worked as a Senior Web/Applications Developer in a range of different organisations including a large financial company and the public sector.
Matt was promoted to Technical Director in January 2013 and is responsible for the technical elements of all our online services.

Digital Designer
Matt joined the team in March 2012. Matt has a background in the urban sport industry and has 10 years web design and development experience.
Matt's main role is web design and he has particular expertise with e-commerce, responsive web design and new media developments.
Amanda Sykes
Account Manager
Amanda joined the team in April 2010. Amanda understands the importance of proactive account management having worked both the client side and on the agency side.
Amanda has a good knowledge of print and digital production processes, marcomms creation and localisation - both on and off-line with experience of large international entities and smaller local companies.
Poppy
General Dogsbody
Joined the team in January 2012 in order to gain valuable work experience with a view to becoming head of retail, mobile bone manager, web developaw or head of inter-pet sales.

We have close working relationships with a number of professionals in related fields such as photography and copywriting. Having an established pool of additional related talent is very useful in helping us to provide a fully integrated service to our clients.

We started up in 2006, in a very small way. We quickly grew and 2008 we established our studio in Devizes and incorporated as a Ltd business, then in 2012 we launched our London office. Our client list reflects the nature of our growth, which has been organic and largely based on recommendation and word of mouth.
As we have grown we have increased the skills and capability within our team, invested in new technology so that we now offer genuine expertise and capability across many disciplines and have the consistency and experience required to develop good brands.
