Rebecca Jaggs - Director
Becky has been working as a graphic designer since 1990. In her time she's been Head of Design for a large exhibition company and worked on a freelance basis for clients such as Ford and Renault. Designers and photographers often talk about having 'the eye', that knack of being able to make things look just right - Becky has it, backed up with years of professional experience (but not too many she says!).
Richard Jaggs - Director
Prior to joining Resolution Richard was the European Sales & Marketing Manager for a US software company. With over 20 years of high level sales & marketing experience Richard brings valuable skills and understanding to help our clients. Richard is responsible for the overall management of the agency and for new business development. Richard is also President of the Devizes Chamber of Commerce.
Matt Groom - Web Services Manager
Matt joined the team in May 2008 to support the expansion of our website and technical work. Matt graduated from Huddersfield University with a first class honours degree specialising in new media and internet technology. Since then Matt has worked as a web developer in a range of different organisations including a large financial company and the public sector. Matt's main responsibilities in the team are web development and the management of all associated web based services.
Chris Lord - Graphic Designer
Chris joined our expanding team in March 2011. Chris studied at UCA Maidstone gaining a degree in Graphic Design and since then has gained experience in both the print and the design industry. Chris has a passion for all things design, with an interest in both carefully crafted print and everything web.
Amanda Sykes - Account Manager
Amanda joined the team in April 2010. Amanda understands the importance of proactive account management having worked both the client side, buying design resource, and on the agency side, as partner in a successful marketing agency based in Berkshire. Amanda has a good knowledge of print and digital production processes, marcomms creation and localisation - both on and off-line with experience of large international entities and smaller local companies.
Katrin Bailey - Studio Administrator
Kat joined the team in November 2009 to assist with administration and sales & marketing for the Agency. With 7 years administration and marketing experience Kat's main responsibilities include quoting, internal job management and associated coordination with clients.
We have close working relationships with a number of professionals in related fields such as photography and copywriting. Having an established pool of additional related talent is very useful in helping us to provide a fully integrated service to our clients.
